1. Definitions: (a) the Pit; Account access to the EcoFallout World is terminated until time in “the Pit” is finished. Forum login and password remain, but posting privileges may be removed.; (b) Frozen; Account access to the EcoFallout World and to the forums is terminated. The account is put under review. Pending the outcome of the review, appropriate action will be taken including but not limited to reinstatement of the account, or permanent banning.; (c) Banned; The account is permanently removed from the system and is not recoverable.; (d) the Game; EcoFallout, ecofallout.com, ecofallout.info, any gameplay, content, or websites associated with EcoFallout; (d) the Company; PYN Games, pyngames.com; (e) the Staff; PYN Games developers and other administrators; (f) the Player; You, the client.
2. Breaking any of the following “EcoFallout Game Rules” will result in disciplinary action including but not limited to the freezing and/or banning of your account.
3. Accounts: (a) You may not create more than one account.; (b) You may not share your account.; (c) NEVER DISCLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO ANYONE. Our staff will NEVER request your password. If someone is impersonating a staff member, or impersonating an official EcoFallout e-mail communication, report the violation immediately to: ( spoof AT ecofallout DOT com ) *Official EcoFallout communications will ALWAYS originate from an e-mail address “ AT ecofallout DOT com”; (d) It is recommended that you change your password every three months for security. If you believe your account has been compromised, report the incident immediately to: ( accounts AT ecofallout DOT com ) PYN Games cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
3. Gameplay: (a) The creation and use of multiple accounts by a single user will result in the freezing and/or banning of all involved accounts.; (b) You may not use automatic scripts to play the game. If the Staff determines that you are using automated scripts to play the game, it will result in the immediate freezing/banning of your account.; (c) Upon quitting, you may not transfer your in-game funds to other player’s accounts. If you receive in-game money, or know of someone who has received in-game money from an individual who is quitting, report them immediately to: ( cheating AT ecofallout DOT com )
4. Cheating: (a) There is a zero-tolerance cheating policy. If the Staff has reasonable cause to believe and/or prove that you have been cheating, it will result in the immediate freezing/banning of your account.; (b) Exploitation – Using bugs/glitches in the game to profit is considered cheating and will result in appropriate disciplinary action. If you know of someone else who is exploiting a bug or glitch please report it immediately to ( cheating AT ecofallout DOT com ) If you know of a bug/glitch please report it immediately to ( bugs AT ecofallout DOT com )
5. Selling Game Property: (a) The selling of any in-game item, or account for any real-world compensation is strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate disciplinary action for all accounts involved.; (b) The only trading allowed in-game is through the E-Mart, which is a fixed price item listing system.
6. Donator Store: (a) The donator store is here for you to show your support for the game, while at the same time giving you some perks and useful items. If you are experiencing problems with your D-Bucks or Donator items contact us at ( donators AT ecofallout DOT com ); (b) All items purchased at the donator store are tradable in-game through the E-Mart.; (c) D-Bucks, and the items purchased using D-Bucks have no cash value and are good for use in-game only.; (d) The selling of D-Bucks, or Donator items for real-world compensation is also strictly prohibited.
7. Forum Behavior: (a) The Forum rules are clearly outlined in the Policies post. - Breaking any of the forum rules will result in appropriate action taken with regard to your forum privileges.
8. Advertisements: (a) Please do not block or hide the advertisements, we show these advertisements in order to keep the game running for free. (Ads are removed for those players who have a bonus pack equipped.); (b) Advertising – If you wish to set up an advertising campaign using the banner space on ecofallout.com, or any of our other sites, please contact us at advertising AT ecofallout DOT com (posting your own advertising in-game is strictly prohibited); (c) You are not allowed to advertise other websites or products in the EcoFallout game or forum, other than those produced by PYN Games.
9. Modification: These game rules are subject to change at any time, and you should periodically check for such changes.
10. Contact Information: Be sure to send your message to the appropriate e-mail address. Be sure to include your username and to send the message from the e-mail address you registered with. Questions that could have been answered by reading the FAQs, tutorials, or talking with a moderator will be ignored. Messages sent to the wrong inbox will also be ignored.; ( accounts AT ecofallout DOT com ) – for help with your account (do not ask for passwords, use the "I forgot my password" link on the login page); ( advertising AT ecofallout DOT com ) – contact us here to set up an advertisement campaign; ( bugs AT ecofallout DOT com ) – report all bugs and glitches; ( cheating AT ecofallout DOT com ) – report cheating incidents, or suspected cheating; ( donators AT ecofallout DOT com ) – report any problems with receiving or using your D-Bucks/Donator Items; ( spoof AT ecofallout DOT com ) – report any staff impersonations or impersonations of official EcoFallout e-mails; The Forum is always open for questions, comments, and general discussion. Moderators are available when needed, and the devs are also available, but on a more limited basis.
