Personal Information & Use: PYN Games may collect and store different kinds of personal data as you use ecofallout.com or ecofallout.info (“the Websites”) and as you play EcoFallout (“the Game”).; (a) All required registration information including name, age, location, and any other fields completed during registration is stored. Your age allows you access to the Website, and it is the policy of PYN Games to only collect personal information from individuals age 13 or older. Any individual age 13-17 is required to have parental consent to use the Website or to play the Game.; (b) Any information that you post in the Game or on the Forums is stored. Computer specific information including internet browser, IP address, and site usage statistics are stored. Google analytics is used to track statistical information about the Website traffic, which is stored on Google’s servers. Your computer information and/or site usage information may be used to help in the administration of the Game and the upkeep of the Website.; (c) We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.; (d) If during registration you subscribe to any of the newsletters and/or other options, you can always remove your e-mail from the mailing list by unsubscribing.; (e) If you purchase any goods or services from the Donator Store, all transactions will be recorded. Sensitive financial materials will be stored by your choice of payment method, either Paypal or Google Checkout. PYN Games neither receives nor retains any records of your credit card number or any other sensitive financial information.
2. Disclosure: Your information may be disclosed to PYN Games employees or contractors as necessary for the uses outlined in this privacy policy. PYN Games may also disclose your information when required by law or in order to defend their legal rights.
3. Security: PYN Games uses reasonable security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of your stored data, but PYN Games shall not be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to your stored data being compromised.
4. Third Party Sites: PYN Games is not responsible for the policies of any third party websites that are linked to from our websites.

6. Children: It is the policy of PYN Games to not collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Teenagers age 13-17 are required to have parental consent before they can gain access to the Game.
